One of the things that makes Eastbrook Vineyard Estate so unique is the flexible nature of the management structure.

Each purchaser will secure themselves a substantial residential block and associated horticultural block. They will also become a member of the strata body, giving them ownership of not just their blocks, but also a share of all common property in the estate.

By being a part of the strata body, owners will have input into how the common property is managed. This includes the lake, gazebo and tennis courts.

The horticultural blocks are run as one enterprise and block owners are entitled to share in any profit made from the vineyard or trufferie blocks. The first five year lease arrangement means that in the event that a profit is not made during that time, block owners will not incur any financial penalty.
